All-Wood Craft Barbecue

Formerly located inside Fortune Teller Bar on Cherokee Street, currently looking for a new location.

Fourth City Barbecue is owned and operated by husband and wife duo, Greg Mueller and Erica McKinley. Erica’s love for cooking, Greg’s passion for smoking meats, and our shared desire to create community in our beloved city of St. Louis led us to establish Fourth City Barbecue. We started off selling take-home BBQ boxes on Instagram in late 2022 before transitioning to selling food out of Fortune Teller Bar from July 2023 - December 2024.

Fourth City meats are slow-smoked over an all-wood fire, a real labor of time and love. In addition to mainstays like brisket, pulled pork, chicken, and turkey, we also make a variety of from scratch sausages and bacon. We enjoy experimenting with new flavors, so you can expect an eclectic mix of both classic and more unconventional barbecue sides. We also offer a selection of vegetarian and vegan options, including a vegan brisket.
